'Spear Chair' by Ib Kofod Larsen for Selig

An iconic 'spear' lounge chair, model 544-15, designed by Ib Kofod Larsen for Selig. It gets the name from the large sculpted arms that taper to a point. Can be used with or without the back cushion, without certainly shows off the form of the chair and the cane backrest better. This chair is in extremely nice condition, the original upholstery shows a couple spots where the weave is just starting to come undone as pictured. The seat straps have been replaced with a new webbed version. The underside of the seat retains the faintest remnants of the Made in Denmark stamp. Seat height is 17".

29" wide x 25" deep x 27" tall
